If you enjoy working with kids and are looking for a fun way to spend your summer, then join the Kitchener Public Library’s Teen Volunteer Program.

By sharing a few hours of your time, you can help create amazing library programs for children who are 3 to 12 years of age.  In return, you will learn new skills, make new friends and make a child smile.

Plus, students entering grade 9 in the fall can get a jump start on their community service hours for high school.  Starting in July, all volunteer hours that you complete will be counted towards your 40 hour graduation requirement.

Apply online at www.kpl.org.  Deadline is May 31, 2014
