Thanks to MADD for the informative and engaging assembly today at Stanley Park.  We were lucky to have our Student Resource Officer Amar Rajasansi , along with the GRCI Student Resource Officer Britney Paton  with us for our Assembly.  We surveyed several students after the assembly and the major take away messages were:

Do not drink and drive

Do not do drugs and drive

Have a travel plan (designated driver, cab, parent, sleep over) if you are going to be somewhere where there is alcohol or drugs

Do not get in a car with a driver that has been drinking or doing drugs

Call the police if you are worried about the unsafe choices another person is making regarding drinking, drugs and driving.

MADD presented a powerful and important message to our students at this time in their lives. Thank you MADD.
